Refund policy
Cancellations and Returns
- Once an order has been placed, it can not be edited or cancelled anymore.
- Items that have been used / swatched will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances.
Out of Stock items
- If an item is out of stock, we will drop you an email to notify you and ask for next course of action. If email is not replied within 2 working days, we will mail out the remaining items and refund for the missing item(s).
- We strive to keep products in stock at all times. However, if an item is out of stock, Please use the"Notify Me" function to know receive an email notification once product is restocked.
Missing or Broken Items
- Should something be damaged or missing from your order, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase to come up with a solution.
- We will not do a refund/exchange unless they are really damaged badly (according to us).
- All damaged item have to be photographed and email us at beauty@shopping-district.net with the order ID.
- Do note that minor cracks, powder fall-outs, scratches of eyeshadows are common, and they will not be compensated.
Adding Products to an existing order
- We might not be able to add or edit your existing paid order. Please email us within the first 2 hours if you need to edit your order.
Loss of Mail
- Do note we do NOT cover for loss when you select NORMAL POST. All parcels mailed via normal post will be at your own risk.
- We do not conduct any meetups.
- If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We DO NOT promise an exact date/time you will receive your item(s) as it depend on the postal service you have chosen.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
