Can I amend my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
we are unable to amend any orders as we process orders immediately when payment is confirmed. Any amendments may cause delay in the delivery of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it is paid.
Can I order through phone?
We do not accept order through phone but we can create an order for you via email. if you wish to place an order through email, contact us here.
What do I do when items in my cart are Out of Stock?
Please click on Notify me to get email notification when product arrives. We will only send email notification once when we have stock our products.
Is my order confirmed?
Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
For local orders, we accept bank transfer, DBS Paylah, major credit cards & Paypal.
For overseas orders (not in Singapore), we accept Major credit cards & Paypal.

Can I collect my parcel?
Sorry, we do not provide self-collection.
Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
Yes, there will be an extra charge for redelivery if your parcel has bounced back to us.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Please email us and we will check for you. (only for registered and courier mail)
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. You may place your order and the shipping cost will be calculated for you in the checkout page.
How long do order(s) take to process?
We will mail out all order(s) within 3 working days (excluding Sat, Sun & PHs), except preorder items.
How long does overseas shipping take?
Refer to the table here for the shipping duration. We are using Singpost Registered Mail - Air for all our overseas orders.
What type of delivery service do you provide?
Local (SG) can choose between Singpost Registered Mail and Courier Service.
Overseas order is by Singpost Registered Air Mail.
What if I have not received my parcel?
We will not entertain refunds/exchange request for loss mail through Normal Mail.
For Registered Mail & Courier Service, Please email us with your order ID.
* For postage not insured, we will not cover any for loss mail. (Strictly no refunds)
* For items that are insured, if Singpost states that item as "delivered", We will not cover for the loss.
* we will not cover for any loss for wrong address given.
* For refunds, We will only refund in store credits.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?
Please drop us an email with an image of the product and your order ID for us to review. Please do not discard item unless we have stated so.

Yes, all our products in our store are authentic. All our products are imported directly from US, UK.
